Meet whitney
I am first and foremost a storyteller.My passion is to candidly capture your day as unobtrusively as possible and to reflect back to you the true emotion that is surrounding you. From the big events to the little moments in between, they are stories that need to be told, moments that need to be remembered -- and they all matter. It is my mission to capture a quiet hand squeeze with your partner, the outrageous dance moves of a friend, the tears from your closest family members and even those quiet, unassuming glances that pass between the two of you throughout the day.
My style is documentary and as a result your day feels very natural with not a lot of staging or over the top poses. The look and feel of the photographs are always bright and colorful and true to life.
It is an honor to be considered for one of the biggest milestones of your life. I hope we have the chance to meet!
Fun Facts:
• I have 15 years experience being a lead photographer
• I have photographed over 300 weddings
• I studied documentary photography at the Salt Institute
• In my spare time you will find me outdoors climbing, skiing or surfing
• Family is my top priority
