If you believe we are a perfect fit, it’s time to circle your date on my calendar!

After walking you through the process of selecting your ideal wedding day collection, I’ll send the official event agreement your way. And upon receiving the signed copy, along with a paid retainer, I’ll grab my pen and write your name in my planner! This means your wedding date is officially reserved and you’ve booked your wedding photographer. Right away, we’ll begin guiding you through the process of wedding planning and photography prep. You’ll immediately receive access to all of our educational materials, including sample timelines, family photo tips, style guides, and even a recommended vendor list!

Preserving your engagement

Let’s document your engagement while helping you get comfortable in front of the camera.

Your engagement session isn’t just about capturing beautiful photos for your save the dates...although that is certainly a perk! It’s about taking your comfort to the next level by getting to know each other more fully and giving you insight into effective posing and prompting. This practice run in front of the camera will ensure that your wedding day portraits are a breeze! 

So, let’s meet before our session for a coffee or cocktail (pomegranate mimosas, anyone?) to ensure you’re comfortable with me before my face is eclipsed by a camera. Then we will spend an hour together capturing beautiful moments of genuine emotion. Whether your fiancé hates having their photo taken or you’re a little camera shy, this is where I show you how fun and freeing professional photography can be! And after just two weeks, you’ll have a gallery full of photos to treasure!

Creating a plan

By joining in on your planning process, I am able to help you stay organized and ensure your wedding day is stress-free.

When you receive your Wedding Day Information Sheet, the final planning process kicks into high gear. We will dig into everything from your day-of timeline (if you don’t have a wedding planner, I can create this with you!) to your family portrait list. I also familiarize myself with the names and faces of your wedding day VIPs ensuring I am attentive to their needs and making them present in your gallery. Then, a week before your wedding day, we will have a final call to double-check timelines, locations, and expectations. This ensures we are all on the same page and that there are no unpleasant surprises. This will be like a massive exhale for you, leaving you feeling relaxed and confident.

Celebrating your wedding day!

After months and months of planning, your vision is finally coming to life!

Without fail, we will arrive early on your wedding day to meet with your planner, introduce ourselves to family and friends, and give you a big hug! We will begin by documenting all the special details before they get lost in the shuffle, as well as those joyful pre-ceremony candids we are known for. We promise to make family photos painless, bridal party portraits a blast, and your first look as emotional and memorable as you’ve always imagined. By letting your emotions and honest experience be our guide, we will fill your gallery with creative, original photos that will uniquely speak to you. This day will fly by, but you can trust us to make sure not a moment passes by forgotten. 

Reliving each moment

Snuggle up with your new spouse, and dive into a gallery full of memories you’ll treasure for a lifetime.

With your wedding day memories still fresh in your mind, you’ll receive a generous sneak peek from us so you can view your wedding day from your guests’ perspective. Then, just 6-8 weeks after “I do,” a link to your full gallery will arrive in your email inbox! So cuddle up with your honey and let the emotions from the best day of your life wash over you all over again. Then, feel free to share them with your loved ones, order professional prints from my favorite lab, and begin downloading your favorite to your computer. It’s time to get those images into the web-o-sphere, onto your wall, and, most importantly, into your hands! 

Designing your album

Now that you’ve chosen your favorite images, let’s create an album you can cherish for years to come!

If your wedding collection includes a wedding album, all you have to do is star 100 of your favorite images in your gallery, and we will do the rest! After reviewing your custom design proof, you’ll be able to request changes and select your custom cover. And even if your collection doesn’t include an album, you’ll have a full year to add one! To ensure your photos stand the test of time and are enjoyed to their fullest, we can’t wait to turn your memories into an heirloom.
